Village Wines is focused on creating the "place to gather" for a fun and vibrant community of wine lovers. Village Wines, is a premier wine and beer retailer and tasting room that features unique, distinct, and limited availability wines and beers from around the world. We have a strong focus on wines from the Northwest as well as craft and Belgian ales. Our warm and inviting tasting room is the ideal gathering place where locals and tourists can enjoy frequent complimentary and reserve tastings. We are located in the heart of Woodinville wine country, across the road from the Hollywood School House, just around the corner from the Chateau St Michelle, Columbia Winery, Redhook Brewery and the Willows Lodge.

The Owners:
When we began working on the concept of developing the ideal place where we would like to work each day, we really didn’t know exactly what we were doing or where our journey would take us.  The only thing for certain was that our hearts were set on creating a gathering place where we and our friends could share life’s ups and downs, washed down with a little bit (or a lot) of wine, and some honest laughter.  Everyday that we walk into Village Wines, though barely discernible to all but those closest to us, our smiles get just a little bit bigger, as we greet more new friends at Village Wines.  We are unbelievably delighted now to see that our efforts have created the perfect place for all of these things to exist.  We hope that our little “Place to Gather” will serve the greater community well, and that we will have crafted relationships that all of our families can enjoy for many generations.

Tim and Lisa are proud to have been a part of the Northwest for almost 20 years, and have lived in Woodinville for the last three years since they relocated their family from Kirkland.  Lisa has worked in a variety of professions prior to starting Village Wines, including real estate and outside sales and Tim continues his work as a telecommunications manager.  Their first and foremost responsibility is to raise 3 adorable children, twins Zachary (sensitive theatrical genius) and Isabella (headstrong leader of the Bowen youth), and Noah (quiet, thoughtful, and self-sufficient youngest son).  

Wine Specialist:
Born and raised on a dairy farm just up the hill from Village Wines, Colleen Hines has enjoyed watching Woodinville transform from a farming community into “Woodinville Wine Country”.  Having worked in the marketing and sales professions throughout her career, she enjoys her time at Village Wines, especially helping customers, forming new friendships and learning about and tasting new wines. Colleen and husband Jerry have 3 boys.  Lucas, their oldest, is a Marine while Colin, a ninth grader, and Cameron an eighth grader, keeps her busy when she is not at Village Wines.
